"Sadly this review is all based on communication and the lack there off. Whilst the owners private reg Porsche looked great out back the fact his team don't answer phone calls is shocking. My wife , a nurse was called in to work, don't even dream of asking for a refund, if you manage for someone to answer it's a no. No refund on the room, no we are sorry to hear about that just a terrible, no you booked message, sorry but be warned and please can the qr code in the car park or enjoy another £100...
"Stay was great, only problem is the meal selection was poor. Only 2 choices for starters and dessert and 3 choices for main. Other than that the stay was nice."
