"A remarkable place to stay. Actually built as a cottage in the earlier days of movie-making for talent at the nearby Columbia Studios (now Sony Studios) in Culver City . Cute little cottage. Not much larger than a hotel room, but a stand-alone structure among a cluster of other cottages. Easy and pleasant walking distance to many local attractions and night-life. The owner was responsive and did a good job explaining it all to us (kind of an unusual place -- so a bit of explanation here...

"The accommodations were very nice and as advertised. Clean, safe, private and quiet. Our host was very prompt in responding to the questions we submitted. A couple minor suggestions for improvement: there should be a box of tissues provided and have the plumbing checked for sewer smell."

"The location is excellent. It's a short drive to everything we need. We did encounter some issues such as light bulb at the upstairs bathroom started to smoke. We contacted the host and was immediately repaired. We were not able to use the swimming pool because the water was cold and maintenance was done on a Friday until Saturday and was not available to use. The outdoor facilities such as patio chairs, tables are very dusty. The kitchen faucet and bathroom faucet seem to be on hot...
