"What a wonderful place to stay in Frome. Built in 1604, it is a fantastic house. The rooms are lovely & Claire is a fantastic host - wonderful breakfast on bot h days for us. We would highly recommend Rook Lane House."

"Lovely accommodation including spacious bedroom with en suite bathroom. Shared kitchen which is useful. More than ample parking which is free. In great proximity for Glastonbury, Wells, Cheddar, Longleat etc, 5 min drive to nearest pub restaurant. Friendly owners. Recommended."

"We stayed for 2 nights. The location is great, we enjoyed the New Forest, Ringwood and Sandbanks, all within a short drive. The lodge is just perfect, all seems new and it is spotless. The essential provisions, toiletries and cleaning products kindly provided were really useful. It was a bit wet and stormy during our stay but we were warm and comfortable. The lodge is very stylish, peaceful and relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and couldn’t ask for more. We look forward to returning....

"Myself and my wife were the only people staying at the Manor house during our visit. With only the two of us there we joked about it being haunted. Happy to report no ghostly sightings during our stay. Would suite larger groups. The pool table was a nice touch. The house is in a secluded spot so perfect if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle."
