"The area was tucked in a quiet part of Como Town, but was a relatively easy walk to the path by the Lake. The rooms were nice and clean and the breakfast was fantastic. I am gluten sensitive and they offered me gluten free bread and cookies which were tasty. We would stay here again. "

"Its an a AMAZING place! Immediately felt welcomed at at home! Wonderful location right near the historic town of Como, room ("Liz") is superb, comfortable, with a very unique and warm atmosphere! "The owner, Maurizio, was very friendly and went out of his way to tell us all about Como and what to do with our limited time there. We had a family room, which turned out to be 2 separate bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds. There was a bathroom accessible from the hallway, but it was private for our family. "Very nice apartment and very good location, but above all else, the communication was a good as it gets. They were also very accomodating when I requested to adjust the check-in time and also to use the luggage storage after I checked out. Highly recommend!"

"Staff and hotel was lovely perfect location! But we wasn’t told when we checked in that there was a daily charge for parking! When checking out we received a bill for 25 euros a day for using there carpark!! In all my years of traveling and the numerous hotels I have stayed in I have never been charged for using there carpark!! Absolutely disappointed in this! This service should be free to all guests staying at this hotel and clearly explained when booking to get there is a charge! "
