"The apartment was perfect for us with 3 adults. We arrived by train from Milan and it was super convenient as a base from which to explore Lake Como and travel further to Tirano and St Moritz. Check-in and check out were very easy and the place was very neat, tidy, clean and well-organized. Despite being close to some well-attended bars and restaurants, it was very quiet inside the unit. We would definitely stay there again if we travel to the area."

"From start to finish, our stay at Mimisis 11 boutique Hotel in Lake Como was absolutely wonderful. Our room was ready on time when we arrived, and we were so touched to find complimentary fruit and a lovely handwritten note from the team wishing us a happy wedding anniversary. It was such a thoughtful and personal welcome. Everything was extremely well organised, and our room was beautiful — modern, immaculate and seemingly brand new. The bathroom and shower were exemplary, with everything finished to a very high standard. The staff truly couldn’t have done more for us. They were so friendly, kind and welcoming, and their attention to detail made our stay feel extra special. Breakfast was a lovely continental selection, enjoyed in such a peaceful setting with beautiful views. Mimisis is a quiet, charming boutique hotel and the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Lake Como. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend Mimisis Hotel to anyone visiting Como. The team made us feel so welcome, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was excellent, right in the centre of Como and within easy walking distance of everything, but tucked slightly away from the crowds and noise, which made it feel peaceful and relaxing. The apartment was spacious and had plenty of room to make ourselves comfortable. The bedroom was also very comfortable and we had a really good night’s sleep. The ceilings were nice and high too, which made the apartment feel even more open and airy. A couple of things to be aware of: the apartment is on the second floor and there are quite a few stairs, so it’s not ideal if you have heavy suitcases. The air conditioning in the bedroom wasn’t working, so we had to keep the bedroom door open to allow the cool air from the lounge to reach it. The shower worked, but it was quite dated and some of the fittings around the shower were starting to come apart and could do with some attention. Overall, though, we had a lovely stay. The fantastic location, spacious apartment and peaceful setting made it a great base for exploring Como."

"The hotel is located in a nice historic building and is located in a good part of the city, a few minutes walk from the lake and the main train station. The breakfasts were rich and the staff was pleasant. The room was spacious and clean, unfortunately for the price I would have expected newer furniture, at least a minibar or a small fridge and not only Italian channels on the TV. The soundproofing was also not sufficient, so it was ok for my solo travel, but with my girlfriend I would definitely look for something else.."

"Staff were fantastic, all very polite and helpful. The pool was freezing although this was nice after a hot day! Room was huge and although not to my taste, had everything we needed. Location was good, a 10 minute slow walk to the lake but nice to be a little out of the way of the crowds! I would recommend this hotel and l would stay here again without a doubt."

"Brand new hotel conveniently located in Como. The rooms were super modern and had updated amenities. The air condition was 5 stars which is hard to find in Europe. The staff was helpful in organizing transportation. A few minute walk to the lake, shopping, restaurants, everything you need. If you don’t need to view the lake directly from your room, this is the best hotel for the money you can get in Como."
