Hotel Villa Flori

"We enjoyed a magical weekend in Lake Como and our stay at Villa Flori was a large part of that. The staff was so welcoming, professional and extremely helpful. They packed up a wonderful picnic for a boat ride with friends, were attentive at all restaurant interactions, and so helpful in securing taxis. The piano player on the balcony during cocktail hour was a pleasant surprise to hear from our room and the views cannot be beat. The breakfast each morning was delicious and offered plentiful options. It is also a lovely location that offers a very doable walk to town along the water, Highly recommend!!"

"Great hotel with a large rooftop terrace and medium pool & pool bar. A 20min reasonably flat walk down to the lake. A Ramen, Sushi & supermarket close by. Good breakfast.. nothing fancy but everything you want for a continental breakfast. Lovely breakfast room. Staff at reception very helpful."

"We had a good sized room at the front of the hotel - absolutely beautiful view of the courtyard!! Large window, black out blinds at night. Great to have a kettle and small bar fridge (it was quite small, though). Bed was reasonably comfortable, pillows quite flat (asked for more and they were supplied). Not sure if flat pillows is a "thing" in Italy?? A/C worked OK - but seemed to struggle to keep up in that room (temperatures in the mid 20's). Asked for an extra fan which really helped move the air around. Shower definitely needs some attention - no proper ledge to keep water from flowing out onto the floor. Asked for shower curtain - none available. Could see that previous water damage had caused issues with the bathroom door. In spite of these issues, I would stay again - great location!!!"

"Our room was wheelchair friendly but we couldn’t access the terrace where breakfast was served and looked at the lake. The staff were very helpful getting breakfast sorted in our room though, but we didn’t have a view there. The hotel was in an amazing situation but the reception felt a little unfriendly but once settled we felt much more welcome. The staff were all friendly and helpful with great restaurant recommendation and taxi booking too."
