"Room is lovely. There have black steel design which looks lovely but thick dust on it as it’s black I can see cleaners didn’t clean it for a while. Bathroom sink - design flaw - you have to bend down to get water in your mouth while brushing teeth and glasses difficult to fill water as it’s so low. Bin hard to find to dispose things into bin. Bed lovely and plush. Good sleep rest and lovely view of Southbank town from bedroom view. Free wine bottle when checking in - I had to decline...
