"Had a great stay. Hotel was great. Only had one issue when I asked the front desk if we could check out late. They agreed but didn't relay the message to whoever took over the shift. We got a very unpleasant call about an hour later from a different person at the front threatening to upcharge us if we didn't leave in 5 minutes. I explained the situation and they cooled off but nevertheless the phone call was extremely unprofessional."

"Eerything was great and convenient. Check-in process was easy and fast. Extra charge for parking $5. The room was renovated and clean except bathroom still look outdated but overall was okay. Mattress was perfect. Hallway was clean and not smell funky. Breakfast was ok. There are asian style breakfast and american included. Check out was easy too. Not a lot of staffs around. If you need anything extra, there is vending machine in the lobby 24 hrs."

"My favorite part was the spacious lobby with full bar and kitchen serving some great food. Kevin was behind the bar our first night and he made us feel at home. Breakfast was included. Nice variety of food and good coffee. Rooms were spacious, comfy bed and nice shower. Perfect location for going back and forth to Keck. Our stay was 10 out of 10"
