"Only one item to be aware of, the charge for electricity will be at least €150 per week. I assume that this was because the filtration on the swimming pool was running perhaps 18 hours a day. We visited in mid-September and only used the air conditioning for a couple of hours a day for less than half of our stay, so that wasn’t the issue. "We spent 3 nights at Massimo's and we could see from the beginning that he cares for your comfort. Very clean property throughout, immaculate garden & pool. Nice towels, bed linen, and even a complimentary water and bottle show that he cares about the details.
