"Uma pena que um hotel com tanta estrutura seja tão mal cuidado. Café da manhã péssimo, suco muito aguado..melhor seria não servir...o quarto parece ter passado por alguma reforma mas pecam no basico...trechos faltando rodapé, paredes sujas e banheiro precisando de uma fachina geral. Em 2 dias de várias tentativas não consegui pegar emprestado secador de cabelo. Leve o seu!"

"This hotel was fine for a budget night. I stayed in Campo Grande for one night before going to Pantanal. The room was clean enough. The bed was pretty comfortable. The air conditioner worker. Breakfast was good. Would probably stay somewhere else next time though. "

"The room given was different from the one we booked (larger, but with 4 single beds instead of 1 double bed). The staff at reception were dull and seemed bored and uninterested. Breakfast was more than good. The surroundings are full of beggars and homeless drug users (can't say it's necessarily unsafe though). Main point is it's OK but way overpriced for what it is."
