"We had a wonderful stay. From check in to drinks in the bar, the staff were brilliant. There is a calming atmosphere the moment you enter the lobby. We went to our room and it was spotless with a large comfy bed. The en-suite was also quite big with a fantastic shower. Good pressure and double showers. Overhead rainfall type and the standard hose shower. Nice shower and hair toiletries. The bar is relaxed with a great variety of beers and spirits at very reasonable prices for a city centre hotel.
We had breakfast the next morning and again the staff were great. If I had one “comment “ it would be that there was too much porridge. It was lovely but I couldn’t finish it and hate the waste. A smaller bowl would be sufficient.
All in all, it was great and not a bad price.
Totally recommend a stay in the Bedford. 👌"
