"Everything was wonderful! The apartment had everything that we needed and even more. Plenty of room for the whole family . It was 5 minutes from the lake with the car and at the same time located in a peaceful area with fantastic view. Very happy to visit again!"

"Nous avons eu une bonne communication avec le propriétaire par mail puis avec les dames gérant le logement. Elles ont été très disponibles et arrangeantes. Malheureusement, nous avons été déçues par l'environnement du logement. Les travaux évoqués dans le descriptif de l'annonce (ajoutés après notre réservation) sont juste en face du logement ce qui ampute la vue sur le lac qui est donc inexistante. "A lovely little studio in a very quiet area away from the crowds of Annecy. Céline the owner has packed everything you could need into this studio so although it is compact you do not have to go without anything. The outside garden is a real bonus. You can buy croissants and bread from the nearby campsites but be aware that you need to order them the day before. The local artisan bread shop only takes cash. It was a good 25 minute drive to Annecy itself but coming back to the studio after all...

"You can practically put your legs in the water from your bedroom :) The kitchen is nice and well-equipped - The view is amazing - The property is spacious - There are two private parking places The access to the apartment is a little bit unconventional (you have to pass in a tunnel), but that didn't bother us at all (we travel with two small children).
