The hotel staff were very accommodating, even helping me get a car all the way from Bucharest when a flight delay caused me to arrive very late into the evening. "The walls are very thin and you can hear everything from the other people staying there. The floor upstairs is the ceiling of your room and you hear every step and all the sound echos. The stairs are very loud. Also, there is NO A/C. The room is good and the bathroom is big and clean, but the noise is too much. The host told me to go outside on the terrace to cool off. "This is a very nice hotel, very clean and beautiful setting. Getting to it is an absolute nightmare. One has to travel down almost 2 miles of dirt, gravel road up the side of a mountain, the GPS that I was using got completely confused and sent me down the wrong dirt road, someone from the hotel had to come to the town square to lead me cause it was impossible to find the place. Once there the hotel was great, staff from friendly and pleasant. If one is going to stay here make sure to rent a 4x4...

"Its a nice property located 5 mins walking from Piata Sfatului. You have access to the entire top floor that includes a large bedroom, a bathroom, a small kitchen and a balcony. The owner is a nice guy. I had some trouble communicating with him as he spoke little English but my partner speaks Romanian and so it worked out. "Stopped off for one night at Casa Albert as we had eaten at Bistro Albert several times and wanted to try the rooms. Food was excellent as before with nice breakfast served in the bistro. Location is very central within easy reach of Piata Sfatului, Black Church, Town Hall etc. Room had tea/coffee facilities and proper bath."
