"We had a wonderful stay here. Easy parking, was greeted with a warm reception, followed by a little social hour in the dining room with wine and nibble. The area to walk our service dog was perfect. Open space that was right off the dining area on the first floor. It was also quite thoughtful and surprising that they offer free laundry facilities. The room was clean and very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel!"

"The room was clean and our beds comfortable, parking lot is 24hrs with security guard and front desk was good. The reason I'm giving 4 stars is because the first night we had issues with the toilet that was fixed the same night, however; the water was dirty and we could not shower, the maintenance guy said that they cleaned the water heater and it was normal for the water to look dirty, he asked us to let it run for a few second which we did but still we got the same problem. We noticed the city fixing the street right outside the hotel, the bathroom had a bad smell too, not sure if it was coming from outside. The next morning the housekeeper tried to open our front door, she apologized later, I think she needs to read the front door signed before entering to clean. "
