"I've given it half way between 2½ and 3½3½ - What you see is what you get. It's an old Invercargill house. It's very basic, but it's also dry and warm. Beds very firm which, for me is very comfortable (not so much for my wife, though, who requires a soft mattress for her back). Everything works, is got everything you need and the shower is strong and hot. Somebody kindly left their Netflix account on the TV but we chose not to use it . Best price in town for three separate bedrooms. However...2½...

"Amazing home, the kitchen was top notch with lots of amazing appliances and a great kitchen space. The heated bathroom floors were amazing. Great bathrooms with great lighting and space. The beds were comfy and the black out curtains were a nice touch. The hosts were great and super helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here! Several really good food spots nearby making it very convenient."

"Handy location to town , Richardson Transport.Could do with a spring clean in the kitchen.Had to walk past the first unit up the stairs and elderly man must live there . Felt we were invading his space!"

"Ideal for 2 adults & 2 children. Heat pump keeps the whole unit cosy. Parking was suitable for a large SUV or 2 small cars. Everything was spotlessly clean without you getting the feeling you don't want to touch anything. Well appointed with all the kitchen equipment. The only possible drawback is no actual dining table & chairs. There is a breakfast bar with 2 stools otherwise you have to use the couches and coffee tables. It worked for us."
