The Cottage
Located on a 1260-hectare, sixth-generation sheep and Hereford cow farm, this two-bedroom cottage provides a fully self-contained kitchen for your convenience. Linen is supplied, and free WiFi is included.

We are located a scenic 30-minute drive north of Coromandel township.

White Star Station has been in the Evans family since 1864.
We want to make sure everyone has a great stay with us. We are a family oriented farm and expect reasonable, courteous behaviour from all our guests. Please respect other guests and allow everyone to enjoy their holiday.

If bringing your pet we charge an extra $30 per pet per stay on top of you total price.
Please note this property is pet-friendly should you suffer from fur allergies. We do our best to remove all pet fur but cannot guarantee that 100% of the fur can be removed.

Our water is sourced from the stream high up in the hills and is untreated it is recommended that water should be boiled for drinking if you are not use to country water.

IF ARRIVING AFTER 5PM get your food before you come. Coromandel town will be your last opportunity as local stores in Colville will be closed.

Everything was great. Only the BBQ was not cleaned and we need to clean it before we use it. Overall it was a good stay including the service and privacy from the Host. Thumbs up 👍

What a great little hideaway, absolutely love this place. The farm is great for dogs and all the animals are so friendly, the host was awesome!! Definitely be back. Highly recommend an absolute gem.

The best horse trek's in the world! Belinda is amazing! She caters to all levels of ability.
The very best thing about this property, was without a doubt the horse trek's with Belinda. So professional and well organized. Belinda was fantastic!! With amazing horses that were so well trained for complete beginners to experienced riders. She caters for everyone, and all abilities! 5 stars for Belinda, and her horse training abilities!

from the mountains to the sea.
We enjoyed the vista of the mountain range from the cottage and the interesting farming activities including selecting the cattle for the local sale. Also enjoyed driving over the peninsula with some rather rough roads.
