"Room was dirty and shower needed a deep cleaning and basic maintenance. The hair dryer was sticky and encrusted with something? Very disappointed especially after having read the reviews that it was a newer hotel. Needs some TLC"

"Very disappointed in this “High End/High Priced Hilton property. The room and especially the bathroom was small. Strong odor of mildew. A/C unit did not run consistently. Wood molding around the windows was rotted out. Carpet was old, worn and stained. No refrigerator or microwave. Dinner at the restaurant was dismal. My had roasted chicken that was old and over cooked. Her MacnCheese had a funky overly sweet taste. The only thing she liked were the 3 Brussels sprouts. I had all night intestinal distress from a spinach salad with a small piece of salmon. Top this off by the restaurant charging us $10 for two to go coffees from a pot that had been sitting there for hours. We tossed them before we got to the car. There’s a new Hyatt Place less than a block away. Save your $$$ and stay there."
