Welcome to a cozy "home away from home" in Columbus OH. Enjoy a great location close to airport and a just a few minutes from beautiful Bexley and downtown Columbus. Our 3 bedroom ranch home is the perfect spot for your family to stay for a few nights or a few weeks. Great for work crews as well. Our house has an open floor design and is newly renovated. It has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms all on a single level home. Enjoy our spacious back yard and off street parking in the rear of the house.

The Space:
Great open floor layout. Newly renovated. Smart TV in the main room as well as the master bedroom. New washer and dryer. Get some fresh air in the open space of the back yard.

Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive access to our house.

The Neighborhood:
Close to Bexley, you can enjoy the quaint charm with the feel of a small college town. Home to Capital University, there are coffee shops and shopping. You can also hop on the freeway and be in downtown Columbus in just a few minutes.

Other Things to Note:
Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).

PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:

$35 (Less than 5 nights)
$50 (5 - 30 nights)
$100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)
