"Very clean….i will stay there again"

"On first entry the apartment was stunning. However there are small things that let it down when noticed. Filler in the wall that’s not been sanded down and repainted over, grout needing to be cleaned properly or replaced. They’re only minor things but they let it down slightly. There was also no hairdryer when it’s listed there would be that was inconvenient. "

"When I arrived I was told that they had no incoming reservations. I opened Expedia and showed my confirmation number and then was told only reservation was for me but they didn’t have a room for me. "Hit or miss with hot water. Not all channels worked on the tv.No fresh towels or washcloths due to fact of them not telling me to wash them. Feels like i was robbed on day one."
