Staff was good… The condition of the room was decent for price. Spiderwebs was on both sides of AC unit. Even tho my room was non smoking.. i could still smell the weed smoke from another unit. It was in perfect proximity to the base!
The room was comfortable.
The microwave and regrigerator worked and the bathroom was fine too. Plenty of electrical outlets to charge phone and use my CPAP machine. Breakfast room was under construction, but the manager did make coffee so I could take some coffee for my road trip. There was no hair dryer, but called the front desk and they brought me one. They were very accomodating.
Everything was great, but the false advertising of giving breathes was bad because they did not advise us that they were not giving breakfast. We had we ended up going out for breakfast and spending more money that we could that was not great. I give this hotel one star
Signage need be improved it was hard to locate at night

Liked: Staff & service
Good value for a one night stay. Rooms are dimly lit, but there's plenty of lamps, so it's not a major problem. Tub was kind of gross. People just hung out in their cars or in the parking lot.
Wish I had known there was no breakfast offered of any sort, though they did say they could make me a cup of tea or coffee, otherwise it was closed. When I booked, I specifically chose because of the token breakfast offering

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
Bed and TV were newer. Wifi worked ok. I am tired of motels claiming to serve breakfast in their ads and then not having it.

I did not stay there... I was to be given a refund .
That night my mother made the reservation and call to cancel. The hotel said no problem when you contact them. The reservation was to be made at American Inn on Charleston hwy.
EXCELENTE LIMPIEZA CUARTOS, PERSONAL MUY AMABLE, DESAYUNO ESTABA FUERA DE SERVICIO SUPER DESEPCIONADOS Y NO QUISIERON HACER DESCUENTO POR ANUNCIO ENGAÑOSO DEL DESAYUNO. GRACIAS
The saying is:"You get , what you pay for". Not in this case. You get much less.! There was no breakfast and the "reception" is literally a hole in the external wall. A little window with a plastic divider to register . When asked about the breakfast and the way the reception is situated, I was told, that this is done because of the "covid" situation.
In my view it is a false advertising on the Hotels site.
This was the first time we experienced this.
My recommendation for the future travellers is to avoid booking this hotel.
There are many other hotels availabe for the same cost of one night stay in this area that have all, that is advertised.
