"A little farther out than we originally thought. Rooftop was nice. We had trouble getting the TV to work, but that is the biggest issue. Two blocks away the neighborhood is rough but we had no issues"

"The unit we stayed in was very nice. It was clean, smelled fresh and had plenty of room for us. I will say the one downside was the area. The alley way we used to get access to the parking was too narrow to pull into and out of the assigned parking spot and unfortunately we saw a user shooting up. We did not let that ruin our stay and you shouldn’t either. Communicating with the owner was great. She is friendly and quick to respond. "Let me start by saying I hate DC. I hate the traffic!! The VRBO was located in a quaint neighborhood off of 295. We found it well enough and had no problem finding parking. The apartment was well stocked with the essentials and was very clean. It took a couple of tries to get the lock system working, but once we figured it out we had no problems with locking the door. The outdoor area and neighborhood was satisfactory for our dogs to sniff and go to the bathroom. The AC doesn't work but luckily...

"This property is beautiful. I genuinely have no complaints other than the parking. The alley could be labeled better to find it and the space is super small, maybe even reserving a street spot for this property would be my only suggestion. Definitely would stay again!"
