This 2 bedroom home is a hidden gem for the practically-minded traveler to the Pikes Peak region. Close to Garden of the Gods, Air Force Academy, Manitou Springs, restaurants, artisan shops, bars, and cafes, it's located right where it needs to be. The interior and exterior spaces are modern and well-appointed.
The Space:
Modern and built to perfection, the interior spaces are open, inviting and bright.
The master bedroom features a king bed and a private bathroom with double vanity and a walk-in shower. Located down the street from the University Village shopping area this neighborhood is made up of brand-new townhomes.

“We had a wonderful stay in Colorado Springs. It’s a new development in a great location, close to everything. The place was spotless, nicely decorated, really made our little vacation relaxing. The beds & linens were very comfortable and we would definitely stay again. Philip and his team we’re quick to respond and even rounded up a pack and play for our granddaughter. A great place!”

To give you peace of mind, we have a 5 star cleaning team that keeps this home immaculately clean and disinfected (especially high-touch areas) so you can enjoy your stay and feel safe.
Guest Access:
The entire horizontal home with complete amenities is available to guests, including a single level space, a two car garage and a well-furnished backyard patio. The keyless smart lock ensures easy and secure access throughout your stay. Enjoy hassle-free parking with free on-premises parking, ensuring your vehicle is always safe and ready for your adventures around Colorado Springs.
The Neighborhood:
Located close to the University Village shopping area this neighborhood is made up of brand-new homes. Easy access to the I-25, this quiet neighborhood has tons of restaurants and outdoor activities. Some of our personal favorites include the 3.14 Sweet & Savory Pi Bar, Jun Japanese Restaurant, and Trinity Brewing Company...all just a short ride or drive away.
Getting Around:
We usually recommend that you have a car in Colorado Springs, but being that this home is in a very good location, an Uber or Lyft could be enough!
Other Things to Note:
~There is a $500 fine for every unauthorized guest
~No Smoking - we charge a $1000 fine for smoking
We require a refundable hold of $1000 on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a small fee of $50 by purchasing a damage waiver coverage to stay insured throughout your stay.
