Great location! Property was under new management and undergoing renovations but everyone worked hard to make sure everything was great. Much appreciated!

I loved the hotel and next to manitou. Like a block away. Front desk was really nice. The only thing was that the hot water was not that hot. Besides that it was a good bed and location. I would stay again

Under new management and they should not take peoples money until they at least have an ice machine and cups in the rooms.

The pool was closed and under repair which was not communicated at the time of the reservation. The “Premier Suite” did not have a couch like the picture showed. We left and did not stay there because of the condition of the property

Staff was nice and room clean but wall outlets need replacement as they are stripped. Guest in other rooms had tv on so loud we couldn't sleep. Outside our window they were pulling weeds, etc at 7:30pm. Getting to parking lot was a nightmare due to construction on street. No ice and soda vending machine out of order. Overall, will never go back.

Booked on Expedia. Paid a fee. Had to pay another upon arrival, almost as much to originally book through this site. Property is undergoing new ownership and remodel. Overall, would stay somewhere else next time.
