The Cozy Cottage

Coming to Old Colorado City you can tell that it is a fun little town filled with history! This cottage will allow you the opportunity to explore all the area has to offer! We finished a full remodel from floor to roof in September of 2020. We chose to furnish it with minimal, yet modern furniture to make the space roomy and comfortable yet its stocked with everything you'll need to enjoy all that our beautiful slice of Colorado has to offer. You'll enjoy a beautiful, clean bathroom and the kitchen is filled with everything you'll need to prepare your own food. The plush queen size bed offers the rest you desire after your exciting Colorado adventures. We strive to provide a clean and comfortable space for you to come make lifelong memories!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a short spring break trip. We had an amazing time! As soon as we walked in it was so welcoming and comfy! The place had everything you would need for a short stay, and we were so psyched to be able to cook our own food in the kitchen with all the utensils. I’ve already recommended this place to a friend who’s going to Colorado soon, and she’s excited too. This place was awesome, and I definitely plan on staying again.

This is a lovely cottage where I brought my 85 year old mother. It worked well for her with her walker, the bed was very comfortable, nice snacks and coffee for the morning and a terrific stay. We will come again if in the area for an overnight!! Highly recommend this lovely place!!

What a perfect location! A short drive to Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, Red Rock Canyon, and lots of great restaurants and breweries. The place itself was perfect and had everything we needed. Decided to stay in this area for two nights before meeting the rest of the family in Santa Fe. Chose the Cozy Cottage and it did not disappoint. Meticulously clean and had everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood, but near downtown and an easy drive to Manitou Springs. We enjoyed walking to South Park Brewery.

This cottage was the ideal find for our 10 day stay in Old Colorado City. Of all vacation rentals we have booked throughout the US and even in Europe this cottage was truly the cleanest most well appointed accommodation. The host thought of everything and the decor was so well done. Nestled within other homes it was very quiet. Resting was never a problem. We highly recommend this property!
