"I have stayed here several times, and have always had great service. However, this past trip, I had made reservations with the concierge for a party of seven for regular breakfast on Easter morning. Our reservation was for 10 AM and the regular Easter buffet started at 11. When we checked in at the dining room, they had no record of the reservation. No one made any effort to assist us. We went to the rock room to order breakfast there. In the adjacent dining room, there was one party of seven seated at a round table. We asked if we could also sit at a round table, but we were told that we could not because we did not have a reservation. Instead, he offered to put seven of us at a little coffee table and seat us on a loveseat and two arm chairs. In the Rock Room, there were two tables next to each other that were empty, but one was square, and one was round. The server declined to let us sit there. We moved the tables together ourselves. The server was not happy, but he let us sit there. Notably, neither the GM nor the food and beverage manager were on site."

"There was nothing spectacular about this property. It was average. I know that the front desk staff stayed away from the front desk a lot. There was a sign in the bathroom that stated they cleaned the rooms everyday when we complained because they had not cleaned our room, they said every two days. The toilet was loose, and one of the waffle makers didn’t work properly. Otherwise there were no concerns."

"Breakfast buffet was great. Staff was superb. But unfortunately the room was mediocre and looked to be falling apart. The mini fridge was unplugged so we were unable to use it as it took 24 hours to get cold. We also had problems with our tv but staff was quick to fix it but they advertise more than direct tv and we limited to only direct. The indoor pool was foggy and had things floating it in. Also the walls are paper thin. Overall perks, Good parking, fast and excellent service. "

"I really enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were nice and quite, I rarely heard people in the hallways or the doors of other rooms opening and closing. The HVAC worked well. The kitchenet was useful. The rooms are still in good condition from the renovation last year and everything was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. Fridge was a little noisy but not too bad. Parking lot was nice and lit up at night so I felt safe going in an out at night. Continental Breakfast was very minimal, could do with a few additions but they did have: Granola bars, oatmeal, muffins, some fruit, and coffee."

"There was a smell in the room that was attempted to be covered up by another smell. We opened a window, but there was no screen. We were in the 3rd floor. After a couple of hours in the room the fresh air made the smell less strong! We were in room 306. The water in the sink wouldn’t turn off. It had a continual stream of hot water! The stopper in the sink didn’t have a lever to move it up or down so we had to take the stopper off to drain water. The toilet paper holder was missing one side, so the toilet paper was just placed on the tank! We went to make a call to the front desk to report these things, but the phone was completely dead! My husband sat in the swivel chair to put on his shoes and the seat had a jelly like something on it and he got his pants dirty. The bath towels are small and thin. The staff was very kind upon checking in. I was using a walker and when I walked in the lady at the front desk walked me to my room. I needed to fill my water bottle before we left and a gentleman who was cleaning the dining area offered to fill it for me! At checkout, we calmly explained the issues to a woman at the counter. She assured us that she would look into our complaints. We’ve stayed at other Baymont hotels in NM and Arizona and those were of much higher quality. "
