The main level consists of a fully stocked kitchen for home-cooked meals with a small 2-person table to eat or work at. There is also room to sit at the bar top counter. The cozy living room has a sleeper sofa, gas fireplace, and Smart TV! Snuggle up to a good movie or just sit down and relax by the warm fireplace!

Head to the basement, "Man" Cave and enjoy a game of pool or kick back and relax. There is also an office in the basement if you must do some work!

-Winter months do bring the occasional snowfall in Colorado and the potential for icy road conditions, we advise guests to consider opting for a vehicle equipped with 4WD (Four-Wheel Drive) or AWD (All-Wheel Drive) for a safer and more secure travel accommodations.
-Please be aware, that there is NO mailbox access at this home. You will not be able to receive mail from USPS during your stay.
-HOA Rules: Please help us be respectful of the neighborhood by following all community rules during your stay. Personal belongings, décor, furniture, planters or other items may not be placed in community/common areas. Back patios/porches should remain clear and may only contain the existing patio furniture and potted plants. Trash totes must be kept inside the garage except the evening before and day of collection. Inoperable vehicles may not be parked or stored on the property and may be subject to towing.
