"Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean. However, there was a guest who looked like she was strung out on drugs, staying there. Not necessarily the properties fault but she was unusual."

"We loved our room. The only issue was it would have been nice to not have to go outside to get to the indoor pool. Also, I am glad I read the reviews about the older lady at the front desk before hand so I knew how to take her rough personality. So if you haven't read up on her I would before going so you can prepare. Otherwise it was a great stay. No issues for us."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Chamonix! The hotel is beautiful, modern, and offers a great atmosphere for a relaxing getaway. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely consider staying again. The biggest areas for improvement would be staffing and the casino floor. There seemed to be a need for additional staff to keep things running smoothly, and we would have loved to see more gaming tables open and available. Having more options for table games would really enhance the overall casino experience. Chamonix has a lot to offer, and with a few improvements, it could be an even better destination. We look forward to visiting again!"
