Clean place, quiet neighborhood, great location (easy access to Garden of Gods, Pikes Peak, et)

The place was such a nice, quiet getaway with nearby trails. It was centrally located to lots of good places to eat and activities. The hot tub was a great feature to have after longs hikes. We spent the evenings on the porch playing darts or sitting on the swing.
