This was a perfect place to stay with my large family. We enjoyed the pool, arcade, and the restaurant/room service. And free drinks were awesome perfect way to end the day! Front desk service was excellent! Breakfast was mostly good stayed 4 days and several things were burnt each day. This hotel is beautiful but the rooms could use some updates the sliding doors are very old and seem to be a hazard and the brick around the windows have mold growing from condensation which also affects the curtains.

I stay at the Embassy Suites in Colorado Springs every year when I visit my daughter and grandchildren. They love the pool / hot tub and the breakfast is second to none. The staff is always very helpful and courteous.

I enjoyed my time here. I spent 3 nights in Colorado Springs. It was a convenient area. Lots of food options around. Most staff were really friendly. 2 elevators were broke shortly after we got there. We were on the 3rd floor. The lighting in the living room area was not great either. The bed and pillows were amazing. Brought my own fans and it was perfect. In all I enjoyed the trip and will return.

Nice easy check in and out. Staff very knowledgeable and helpful. Building is kind of run down, but its old also. Still like the happy hour thing to wind down from the day. Keep it up as long as you can.
