Deck is surrounded by very mature trees making it very private and shady in the late afternoons. Plenty of sleeping space with five large bedrooms and a futon in downstairs family room. Big basement walks out to large patio and has pool table, ping pong, darts, games and large screen HDTV. DIRECTV on 3 TVs in house.

Easy access to I-25, allowing you to get to all the great Colorado Springs area attractions sooner than later. Only 20-30 mins to Manitou Springs and Pikes Peak attractions and 1 hr to downtown Denver. Want to ski/snowboard? Only 2 1/2 hrs to Breckenridge, Keystone, A-Basin and Monarch.
