The cottage is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit.Take a step into old Colorado city where the home is an awesome 2 bedroom and 1 bath cottage located right in between manitou springs, old Colorado city, and minutes away from Garden of the Gods park. The cottage has free parking on the premises as well as new and fully furnished furniture and household essentials.

The Neighborhood:
The cottage is located in an extremely central location right in between Manitou Springs as well as Old Colorado City. On top of that, Garden of the Gods is also only minutes away and right up the road behind. Safeway is also right across the street for easy grocery shopping.

Parking on property is extremely easy as we have around 5 parking spaces behind the cottage. There is also a bus stop right across the street.
