CASA MIA is a traditional house on Lake Como. Located by the lake in the small village of Colonno. Features: portion of house on three levels with lake view and balcony, equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 sofa bed, 1 bathroom with shower and 1 toilet and washing machine, private parking space.



ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

CASA MIA is a flat located by the lake, in the village of Colonno, in a typical village house. The house is arranged on three levels. On the first floor: eat-in kitchen with dining table and 2 relaxing armchairs, fully equipped with electric stove, fridge, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine and kettle. On the second floor: living room with TV area, sofa bed and bathroom. From here, a lovely little balcony with a small table and two chairs to enjoy the wonderful lake view. On the third floor, an air-conditioned attic bedroom and en suite bathroom with large shower.

The three levels are connected by a stone staircase and each room has its own key.

The internal staircase and the entrance are shared.

The flat has air conditioning in the bedroom only. There is NO heating.

The flat can accommodate up to 4 people, is equipped with Wi-Fi and has 1 private parking space.



ACCESSIBILITY AND PARKING

CASA MIA is easily accessible by car and we recommend its use as guests will have a private car park and nearby public car parks. From the private car park, a few steps lead up to the entrance.



COLONNO & SURROUNDINGS

Colonno is a charming little village on the western shore of Lake Como, in Lombardy, known for its natural beauty and authentic charm. This picturesque village is an ideal place for those seeking quiet and breathtaking views. The view of the lake, with its crystal-clear waters and reflecting mountains, is one of the main attractions. Colonno is also an excellent starting point for excursions into the surrounding green hills. Trails from the village offer beautiful panoramic views of the lake and mountains, such as the famous Greenway to Griante. Thanks to its location, it is a peaceful corner away from the tourist hustle and bustle. It is perfect for those who wish to immerse themselves in the nature and serenity of Lake Como.

Please note that there are no bars or restaurants in Colonno and that the nearest supermarket is called Sigma in the village of Lenno, 3.5 km away.



GETTING AROUND

Please note that the taxi service on Lake Como is not always reliable or readily available. We therefore advise against relying on it once you have reached your destination. We suggest considering alternative options such as public transport (buses and boats), renting a car or using pre-booked private drivers.

The bus stop is 200 metres from the flat, and the boat stop is a few steps away. Please note that there are only 2 boats per day passing through Colonno: one in the morning and one in the afternoon. In the nearby village of Argegno you will instead find a boat every hour.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

All guests are required to pay a tourist tax of € 2.00 per person, per night.

There is NO heating in the flat.

It is forbidden not to separate waste as instructed, otherwise a penalty of € 60,00 will be charged.
