"The house was just as pictured. The only surprise was having to meet someone in town to follow them to the house. Driveway was a challenge, but once we got used to it, it was easy to find. Guido had the pool ready for us earlier than he had planned. And we certainly enjoyed it. The views are stunning and the sunsets are incredible. Our goal was to centrally locate and then visit all the surrounding areas of Umbria, CC Perugia, Orvietto, Cortona, And many more. This was the perfect location....

"We had a lovely stay at Citta della Pieve. Lots of space and the house was spotless with everything we needed. The pictures on the website did not do justice to the house and surroundings - even better than I expected (and I had high expectations!). The pool area is spacious and inviting and the pool itself brilliant for our keen swimmer teenager and adults. Quite deep though - would need to keep a close eye on novice-swimmers. L'arrivée au gîte se fait de manière simple et Sara donne tous les détails utiles. Le gîte correspond à la description et aux photos... mais en mieux ! Difficile de ne pas tomber sous le charme de cette magnifique bâtisse et de ses extérieurs tellement magnifique. Et que dire de la piscine ! Bref notre semaine en Ombrie fut magique....
