"Everything was flawless. The room was absolutely gorgeous, the view was amazing. All staff encounters were pleasant and informative. The hotel is minutes away from the Sydney Opera House and there were many convenient amenities. The pool, gym and locker room/shower areas were pristine. I cannot say enough great things about our experience with this hotel. If getting around by foot, know the property is on an incline. "

"We have stayed at this hotel regularly for the past six years, but unfortunately this year’s experience was probably the worst, particularly when it came to breakfast. The bacon and other hot items were consistently only lukewarm and the overall quality of the hot food was poor. This was disappointing given how reliable it has been in previous years.
