"I booked this hotel based on the many positive reviews, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing.
Had it been clearly disclosed that the air conditioning is only turned on from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. each day, I would never have booked this property. The room became extremely uncomfortable during the day.

"We stayed at Casita Maya for our first ever trip to Mexico and we had a fantastic time here! It really felt like staying with fun friends. Very relaxed energy, very beautiful space.
Daniel is the MVP! He was always joking with my husband and was very quick to help with anything we needed throughout our stay, like numerous taxis and answering many questions. He’s also an excellent chef. We loved having our meals out by the pool, in fact we ordered breakfast here every morning.
