"The first room given to us was not cleaned. Front desk quickly gave us another room. Went to turn on TV and could not get it to work as no channels were programmed."

"A very disappointing stay. The reviews raved about how great it was and what a fantastic breakfast etc. seriously? Getting there was a challenge. The on and off ramp on I 85 were designed by demolition derby student engineers. No room to get on or off with the 5 million trucks. EVERYTHING was for truckers. If you are a trucker this would be heaven. Obviously, I’m not. Staff were pleasant. Room had an odor to it. Musty, stale? Something. Window was dirty. Breakfast was exceedingly lame. Coffee had zero aroma and even less taste. Food selection? I have no idea why this was rated so highly. I travel for a living. Btw, zero restaurants close by so unless you want to take your life in your own hands against the bazillion trucks. Knock yourself out. This place gets a 1 on my come back list and that’s a 1 out of 10 with 1 being the worst. Internet was virtually non existent too. Nothing good to say. Never coming backw"

"The floors were sticky in the breakfast area. Carpets stained and dated decor Broken ice machines on Two out of three floors. The only ice machine they had could not keep up with the demand. Not enough clean towels Hot tub was Luke warm both nights we tried to use. The pool was cold and needed to be cleaned"
