"The floors were sticky in the breakfast area. Carpets stained and dated decor Broken ice machines on Two out of three floors. The only ice machine they had could not keep up with the demand. Not enough clean towels Hot tub was Luke warm both nights we tried to use. The pool was cold and needed to be cleaned"

I thought this was fair and satisfactory. Yet when I followed up regarding the status of the refund, I was told that I had to handle this with Expedia. So there maintenance problem, which put me at risk, is not my responsibility? That is a failure to take responsibility for customer service. (And there was no shampoo, so I was trapped in my room with dirty hair!)"
