The property is in excellent condition. The location is great! It’s right in front of Marino mall and great for kids. The staff is kind and Sri Lankan hospitality is just not compatible to other places. Truly this place made our trip more enjoyable. We stayed 10 days and it was the best!

Many amenities such as gas stove, lights, safe, cooker hood, water heater needed to be attended to after we had checked in. Other than this the apartment was clean and spacious. The plaster ceiling was damaged possibly from a leak.

Big, spacious apartments. However, not everything was in working condition. Had to call housekeeping for hot water, gas cooker, kitchen condiments replenishment and safes in the rooms needed to be changed. Service was good, easy check in and out Location was good with a mall and supermarket within walking distance.

A very large suite at a regular room rate

Excellent space and value for money for this 3 bedroom apartment. Kitchen doesn’t come with utensils but cheap to buy if you need them. Gym is too plain and pool is small but refreshing.

The rooms were big and nice. However the service was very disappointing. Starting from little things like a wake up call that was never made. Food that you ask but no one follows up. There was loud music at night till early morning and we could not sleep at all.

The 3 BR sea view apartment was wonderful, spacious and airy. The location was good, close to the new Marino shopping mall. Breakfast was just okay, food choices very limited but the hot dishes were good. If they would just expand the selection it would be better. There was a problem with the smell in the lobby and the parking area (foul smell all day). And once we came upon the reception employee with a bottle of drink next to him during his shift, which is probably why the calls were usually not answered.

Very helpfull staff, but that could not outweight the room. This was very stinky and after complain housekeeping just sprayed some freshner. Didnt work. Also very small pool with not good sun. Next time will stay in kingsburry hotel.

Great and a bit odd.

Nice spacious rooms with comfortable beds. The housekeeping and service staff was really nice and helpful, but on the negative side the receptionists weren't really that nice. Some of the food we ordered was really old and shouldn't have been served to customers. Upon arrival our appartment was empty in terms of kitchen facilities, and we had to ask the housekeepers to send us kitchen equipment/ironboxes etc. It was also impossible to charge anything to the room, so even if you just wanted a coke by the pool you had to carry money or a credit card. I think they have some serious trust issues. Great condition of the hotel and a quite nice hotel.

Poor service quality!

I'd been staying in this hotel fro many times and this time the service is really bad. We ordered room service fro dinner, the next day, the housekeeping took the plates but didn't clean up the dining table. The other day, after cleaning the room, they even didn't put towels for all the 3 rooms. Also, they nevel refill the shower gel, shampoo. Very bad experience!

Great, modern residences in Colombo

The Kingsbury residences are stunning, modern, clean apartments. We had 4 people and we each had our own bed and there were 3 bathrooms. It's not in the most happening of areas but it's a very quick tuk tuk ride to get to great restaurants and cooler areas. I would definitely stay here again

There's only one place we'll ever stay!

Fantastic. We received help throughtout the entire trip. Van service was there to pick us up, take us back, help us to a village area and explore the coast. The apartment was amazing, service was great and staff were very helpful in learning local norms (like only take a metered tuk-tuks). Only hard part was that the room service is very slow, so just plan accordingly.
