"Chip’s place was very clean, comfortable and welcoming. It is appointed simply yet had everything we needed. The coffee pods were great and we left the s’mores supplies for the next young guests. It is close enough to St. Joe’s for us to attend our events there, but off the beaten path with many hidden gems nearby. Quiet neighborhood with lush vegetation. Very relaxing. I hope to return."
