"Great Location and fantastic kind and accommodating chef. My wife is Vegan, Some of the morning staff were tough in the restaurant. Most were very kind. Loved the location. The room was nice sized and the shower worked well."

"Wonderful , exceptional , nothing is a problem. food is awesome breakfast linch dinner . advice for local restaurants, staff are the friendliest smiliest and most helpful of any boutique hotel i we have visited in the world . impossible not to feel at home away from home . the beaches club is divine with beautiful food and cabanas. "Hotel is outstanding, it’s over 500 years old and it’s immaculate, food was great, very quiet, first time we have ever stayed in a Palace, room was large with a King bed. My only criticism is that it doesn’t have a true shower. Staff were so polite and accommodating ….we loved the place. Shout out to Lucia who checked us in made us feel so welcome. Appreciated Irina’s help this morning on the check out. "
