"Vi (mor, far og søn) fik på forhånd en mail og fortalte om tidspunktet af vores ankomst. Luca var meget hjælpsom og imødekommende, og der er absolut intet at udsætte på servicen. Vi blev dog skuffet over vores lejlighed på øverste sal, fordi alle vinduer sad under øjenhøjde eller højt oppe i taget. De følte derfor virkelig, at man var gået i kloster. Selvom lejligheden var meget rummelig, vejede det ikke op i forhold til det manglende udsigt/lys. Værelserne i stueplan, havde ikke denne...

"A lovely space in a great area of Verona. Off site parking a few minutes walk away, but to be expected in any older city center in Italy...a small inconvenience considering the location for sites of interest, shopping, and dining. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would gladly stay here again."

The location was ideal for exploring the city as it was walking distance from many of the sights. The hotel was very clean and the room was very comfortable. The facilities were all very modern although the building and decor feel charmingly historic."
