Great property but you really need your own transportation because of the distance into the main part of Cologne!

Positiv:a) Es waren zahlreiche Schlafmöglichkeiten vorhanden.b) Ich habe leider schon schlimmere Unterkünfte gesehen. Negativ:1.) Beschreibungstext vs Realität: Text: "Liebe Gäste, diese Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Mehrfamilienhaus und wir bitten um rücksichtsvollen Umgang." Realität: Nach der Buchung per Nachricht und an mehreren Stellen in der Wohnung wurde "sehr dringend" darauf hingewiesen unbedingt leise zu sein. (Fotos).Dazu gibt es einen "Soft-Close" Mechanismus an der Schlafzimmertür und das Wohnzimmer wurde mit Schalldämmung gesegnet. Deutlicher kann ein Vermieter "Zwangsstille" nicht einfordern. Text:"Haus- und Wohnungstür werden durch Codeeingabe geöffnet". Realität: An der Haustür "klingeln"!Die Wohnung hat einen komplizierten 6-stelligen (!) Code. Eine Schlüsselbox ist vorhanden,- ein Schlüssel wurde auf Anfrage verweigert. ("Unser Ziel ist höchste Kundenzufriedenheit").2.) Die Wohnung:- 100/ Nacht ist fair. 130 für die Endreinigigung nicht, wenn es dann so dreckig ist:Staub aus Monaten unter den Betten, auf den Ablagen und Schränken. Kratzer und Schmutz an häufig genutzen Ecken und Gegenständen. Schimmel in der Dusche: schwarzer und roter. Der Balkon-Tügriff ist heftig beschädigt, scheint auch zu klemmen (Fotos).- Gläser ebenfalls staubig. - Nur zwei Spülmaschinentabs, kein Salz, kein Klarspüler.- Man hört das Nachbarkind oben drüber quengeln, wenn man im Schlafzimmer liegt. Nach 22 Uhr.Fazit: War keine Urlaubsatmosphäre.
