The room and hotel are lovely and the staff are all very helpful. The only downside was that the fridge in the room did not work but other than that it was a great stay.

Dont bother

Room was basic. Next to motorway and generators so was loud 24/7 Then deliveries wouod come ealry morning and unload and make lots of noise. Widows were left open before arrival and room flooded due to heavy rain. No soap refilled in bathroom so didnt have any for duration of say, luckily brought my own. Air con on had hot air wouldnt change to cold. Ignored by reception staff when wanting to check in. Chef had to mention i was wanting to check in. Overall, disappointing and will not return when back on business, same goes for my collegues. More interested in the members playing golf.

Schönes, ruhiges Zimmer, moderner Stil, sauber, bequemes Bett. Frühstück war auch gut. Aber - Die Kommunikation über Expedia Messaging war ein wenig merkwürdig. Erst ein Aufpreis zum Adventsbrunch im Vergleich zum gebuchten Frühstück, dann für late Check in (vor 00:00 Uhr) sollten Euro 30,- gezahlt werden. Obgleich vorher angerufen wurde. Da war davon keine Rede. Am Ende liess sich zum Glück alles persönlich im Gespräch klären. Nur eine etwas unglückliche Kundenkommunikation. Da sollte das Hotel noch dran feilen.

Ich habe eine Nacht übernachtet ohne Frühstück. Demzufolge kann ich mich bezüglich des Frühstücks nicht äußern. Ein normales , ruhiges Zimmer und nettes Personal. Das Zimmer ist sauber gewesen außer diesem Fleck auf der Bettdecke das im Auge stich. Wurde aber sofort getauscht als ich das Personal informierte.

Sehr schöne, ruhige, neue, moderne Zimmer. ABER: 1) Als wir ankamen, war niemand an der Rezpetion. 2) Als dann jemand kam, konnte uns die Person die Rechnung nicht ausdrucken ("Drucker kaputt"). 3) Im Zimmer waren dann zwei Einzelbetten, obwohl wir ein Doppelbett gebucht hatten ... :-( 4) Versucht, die Rezeption anzurufen, aber niemand nimmt ab. :-( 5) Also runter gelaufen zur Rezeption, aber erfahren, dass kein Zimmer mit Doppelbett mehr verfügbar. :-( 6) Dann - auf dem Zimmer - festgestellt, dass für zwei Personen nur drei (!) Bügel vorhanden waren ... :-(( 7) Wieder Rezeption angerufen, diesmal war jemand da und brachte ein paar Bügel. 8) WLAN recht instabil, immer wieder kein Zugang ... :-( Also: Man sieht, da ist noch eine ganze Menge "Luft nach oben" ...

Hervorragender Aufenthalt

Wir haben einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Hotel. Zum Frühstück hatten wir sogar die Möglichkeit ein befreundetes Paar aus Köln einzuladen. Das Reichhaltige Buffet war hervorragend.

Hotel staat in een mooie omgeving, prima kamers. Het ontbijt was wel teleurstellend voor de 25 euro pp die je ervoor betaald. Daarnaast betaal je 10 euro per dag voor parkeren, terwijl dit een openbaar parkeerterrein is en je auto dus niet beveiligd staat. Iedereen kan hier op en afrijden

In einem Hotel am Golfplatz hätte ich erwartet, dass es auf den Zimmern einen Wasserkocher gibt sowie die Möglichkeit sich einen Tee oder Instantkaffee zuzubereiten. Auch eine Flasche Wasser wäre nett gewesen und gehört mittlerweile eigentlich zum Standard, dachte ich. Montags überhaupt kein Frühstück anzubieten, fand ich auch erstaunlich.

Wir sind leider sehr enttäuscht. Für 290 EUR ohne Frühstück bekommt man normalerweise viel mehr. Es gab nicht mal Seife im Bad!!!! Zerknitterte Bettwäsche. Die Bilder im Internet sind sehr schön. Die Reaktion sieht aber anders aus. Schade!
