Very large and well equipped apartment. Great location between Cologne and Phantasialand … very comfortable. They have thought of everything, snacks, coffee, lamps with phone chargers in the bedrooms. Very nice stay.

The accommodation:
We have created a practical and centrally located retreat here in the trendy neighboring town of Cologne (smooth transition). We have taken care to provide high-quality furnishings and feel-good decor. The apartment offers 2 bedrooms, each with a king-size box-spring bed (180x200) with the best mattress, great topper, 1 large and 1 small pillow for the highest demands. Allergy-friendly bedding from Schiesser provides the right cozy factor. In one of the two bedrooms there is a 90x200 single bed of equally high quality. In the very large living room combined with a great kitchen and large dining table there is a large sofa corner with electric fireplace, 55 inch TV for great group evenings. You can use the apartment in a relaxed manner with 4-6 people and even go up to 9 people if necessary. 2 sofa beds can be converted into high-quality queen-size beds (140x200cm) for 2 people each with a cozy topper.
The high-quality kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, very quiet fridge with small freezer compartment, stove, oven, Nespresso coffee machine with milk frother, toaster, kettle, microwave and full crockery equipment. The stylish dining table seats 8 people and enjoys a bright atmosphere thanks to a large window front.
Or enjoy the large balcony with table and 6 chairs in summer (additional chairs can be taken from the dining table if required).
The apartment is completely non-smoking, but you can indulge your addiction on the balcony.
If you want, enjoy video content on the 3 TVs in all rooms, 55 inch Fire Smart TVs with Netflix, Amazon Video and normal TV channels included. You can also use your own access to all typical streaming services, etc. here.
