The outdoor space directly associated with the house is minimal but there is a neighborhood gazebo across the street that was wonderful to sit and visit on a beautiful May afternoon. I would recommend the house and quiet location!"

The neighborhood, though not centrally located for university access, was close to downtown and south Duff businesses plus convenience stores and several restaurants. The neighborhood was extremely quiet. It suited my needs perfectly."

The water pressure in the shower was the BEST! Especially after a hot summer day. The doors can be a little tricky, but I got the hang of it guickly. Loved my stay!"
