Stay away from this hotel! It's a horrible place, terrible conditions, the place is not a HOTEL but a hostel with shared bathrooms and the manager Ioanna refuses to refund me money. I booked a 2 nights stay, with refundable tariff, and immediately after getting there I asked to cancel my second night - the manager Ioanna agreed to the refund, and assured me that I would get the money back (after she has taken a full payment for 2 nights) I left the hotel and now she is denying the refund, she is not responding to emails and phone calls and she lied about giving me the money back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, NEVER BOOK HERE and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, this place is a trap and the management is terrible.

Bei Ankunft lungerten überall Männer im Garten und am Parkplatz rum. Es ist ein Asylheim und kein Hotel. Den Gestank riecht man über die Hauptstrasse hinüber. Der Check in dauerte ca 30min und wurde mit Post it Zettel gemacht. Die Zimmertüre war schon halb aus den Angeln. Mini zimmer wo sofort die Atmenmuft fehlt für 3 Personen. Klo und Bad haben wir nicht verwendet so ekelig. Wir haben keine der 3 gebuchten Nächte übernachtet. Da es laut war und wir (Mutter mit 2 kleinen Kindern) angst hatten sind wir nachts wieder aufgebrochen und lieber 3 Stunden wieder nach Hause gefahren. Eine Zumutung ist dass. Ein Urlaub, der zu einer Unfassbaren Zumutung wurde wo man an seine Grenzen stößt. Der Gestank des Asylheims hängt in Kleidung Haaren überall drin HORROR

La posizione per visitare Colmar sarebbe anche buona, peccato che le camere non siano dotate di bagno. Docce e wc sono nel corridoio in comune con le camere del piano. Errore mio che non ho letto fino all'ultima riga della descrizione. Non è compresa la biancheria(se volete vi vendono gli asciugamani) La zona per la colazione è un tavolo a ridosso del bancone della reception. Insomma, non ci tornerei.

Plus jamais dans un hôtel F1, c’est très sale, l’hygiène et la propreté est à revoir. On arrive à l’accueil, j’attends au moins 20 min pour pouvoir rentrer dans ma chambre. On me donne un code qui ne marche pas, je retourne à l’accueil et attend encore 15 min pour que le personnel finisse sa réservation. La chambre est très sale à notre arrivée, des taches sur les draps, des poils et des cheveux. Ça nous a gratter toute la nuit vraiment horrible. Pas d’isolation on entend tout. La salle de bain et les toilettes sont dans les couloirs. Les plaintes se retirent et baignent dans l’eau des douches qui ressortent noir vraiment degueu. Je ne recommande absolument pas du tout.

Que 8 places assises dans le coin petit déjeuner ce qui oblige beaucoup de clients à prendre leur petit déjeuner débout Le matelas du lit supérieur est plus petit que l'armature du lit Problèmes a l'arrivée pour avoir sa cle car rien n'est planifié Inadmissible pour le prix demandé

Le code de porte ne fonctionne pas, les douches sont vétustes, surtout personnes très bruyantes , nous n'avons pas pu dormir avant 2H du matin, nous ne nous sentions pas en sécurité , petit déjeuner pas très garni. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel si on peut dire que s'en est un, et ne comprend qu'expédia le propose. je dirais même de ne pas y aller, nous n'y retournerons jamais. A bannir

Un lieu avec des odeurs de bouffe une porte de chambre qui ne s'ouvre pas seule une fenêtre pas bien fermée. soir et matin bruyants. pour le petit déjeuner pas de place et un petit morceau de pain avec de la confiture douteuse. dès que on arrive même dehors c'est crado. les responsables sont amis avec les migrants hébergés qui en profitent
