Lovely apartment
Very comfortable, inviting space. The homeowner was very welcoming and helpful, and the location very good. The only inconvenience was parking in a garage down the street (but only due to popularity of the area in a compact town), and learning that “first floor” is actually one flight up from street level. Highly recommend this lovely space for anyone wanting to explore Colmar!

Loved the place. Very clean, convenient and the owners were wonderful. Sylvane met us personally and walked us around when we arrived. She even had a folder of her favorite restaurants and bakeries for us…which we used. You can walk to key areas like Little Venice and others within 3 minutes. Super stay that we enjoyed. Highly recommend!

Wonderfully equipped flat in central Colmar - just off the tourist flow but easy walk to the old city in minutes. Only issue is that the WiFi signal is on the weak side so it can be hard to connect to it. Facility wise - it is wonderful and having the parking space in the enclosed public garage is great to have in this part of Colmar.

Beautiful apartment in excellent location
We stayed here for three nights in September. This apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. Sylvain was very nice, met us at the apartment and oriented us to the area. The apartment was a quick 10 minute walk from the train station, on wide/flat sidewalks. Location is perfect, 7 minute walk to the city centre and minutes from bakeries, covered market, grocery stores and restaurants. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need to prepare a meal. Situated across from the beautiful Champs de Mars. Would highly recommend this property!

Perfect stay to explore Alsace and Black Forest
We just returned from our trip to France, Germany and Spain and this was our favorite accommodation by far. Colmar is the perfect location to explore the Alsace and Black Forest! And our apartment was the icing on the cake! It was spacious, spotless, quiet and within walking distance of so many restaurants, shops and bars! The bed was comfortable, great shower, and it was right across the street from such a beautiful park. Having the parking spot was a great advantage as well. It was a little tricky figuring it out when we first arrived, but our host Sylviane was extremely helpful. Don’t hesitate to book here. You’ll love it!

Property was very clean, comfortable and a spacious layout. Hosts were very friendly and great in communication from our arrival, during our stay and on our departure. The location is unbeatable.. You have the city center right behind you with plenty of areas to eat, shop or relax with a cocktail and the main park of colmar in the front of you which offers a wonderful area to take a stroll, relax or listen to some music a couple nights a week. Highly recommend the property and location as everything was great during our stay and is only steps away!!

Very fine and pretty apartment in the centre of colmar, 12 min to the train station and 5 min to the cathedral. The description says it’s sleeps 4 - it really is a small one bedroom flat with a pull-out sofa in the living room, so keep this in mind! Description also says two bathrooms: it’s one shower room with sink and washing machine, and one WC with a toilet and sink (so again, not really for 4 people). The kitchen is fine and relatively well equipped. Some odd spices and salt in a drawer (no olive oil, but vinegar). Dish washer tablets available but no washing machine power. What I am saying here is that while it was an apartment, we ended up not being able to use all of its amenities as there were essential things missing. Hard to imagine bringing your own soap powder for washing clothes on a trip! There was also only 1 set of keys, and the button at the ground entrance doesn’t work, so we struggled to get around as we were three generations using the flat, not a couple with a child. This was a bit tricky to manage, so maybe ask for two keys if you need them. We found it hard to control the temperature - there was no book with instructions to tell us how to set the timer for heat and hot water and the owner didn’t give us any information. The only book present in the apartment had restaurant info and maps of nearby villages, which wasn’t the most helpful thing. But we figured it out. Communications were great by email - not as much mobile.

Perfect place for Colmar
This is one of the highest quality places we have stayed. The apartment is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The location is perfect and gives you easy walking access to the historic center of Colmar. You also have excellent access to Place Rapp and the Champ de Mars Park. Eugéne is a perfect host. He is a delight in conversation. Be sure and take advantage of the deal on parking he has at Place Rapp. Your car will be nearby and it will save you a lot of money. We got very comfortable in this apartment. On our next trip we’d like to stay a month.

Perfect location!
We so enjoyed our stay in Colmar. We were in a very quiet area, ideally located from every point-of-view. Eugène was a pleasure to deal with, as was his wife Sylvianne. They were welcoming and helpful. The apartment was spotless and spacious. There were many dishes, a dishwasher and clothes washer. Eugène arranged inexpensive 24/7 parking just across the street. We would definitely stay here again without hesitation!

We spent a week in this wonderful apartment and loved everything about it. It was very clean, extremely comfortable, and tastefully decorated. It's location is perfect - within easy walking distance of everything to see and do in Colmar, yet located on a quiet residential street. We had a car, so access to the parking garage that Eugene offers is another plus. And he was a wonderful landlord - very responsive and easy to communicate with. If we come back to Colmar we'll return to this perfect apartment!

Clearly we are not the first to be impressed by this apartment. This property was exactly as described. A very comfortable and spacious property on the edge of the old town. Well set out, roomy and stylish the space also includes a well equipped kitchen. Everything you need to make for an enjoyable stay is provided. An easy walk to everything. A few minutes away from the historical centre. Secure parking is available across the street and Eugène will organise this for you if you let him know. You are minutes away from the fabulous Alsace wine region. A must see even if you are not a wine buff. The hosts are nice people who were well organised and responsive when needed. It doesn’t get much better. Absolutely recommended.

We spent a very wonderful Christmas in Colmar in Eugene's apartment. It was very well appointed, close to the centre and the station and to all amenities, but in a nice quiet street. The apartment itself was very well equipped with everything you could need. We cooked in the apartment on Christmas Day which was nice. The kitchen, bathroom and bedroom were amazing and we used the sofa bed in the front room which was very comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much.

This appartment has everything ,there is space to relax ,a great kitchen and lovely matching crockery.Great bathroom with washing machine and a separate toilet.The car parking is really close and safe and Eugenes deal of 5 euro a day is a good deal. We found it nice to pop home for a break, and loved walking Colmars old centre. We started with a car to tour the wine route villages which we returned on a day trip to Strasbourg. Colmar station is only a 10 minute walk with luggage and connects by TGV to Paris. We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 nights,and Eugene was very welcoming. Mark & Carollyn

Perfect Location for Exploring Comar
Apartment was spacious for two, clean, comfortable, and well appointed. It is located within easy walking distance of the city center yet far enough away to be quiet and restful. Parking, for a nominal fee, is located in a secure underground facility immediately across the street. Communication with hosts was prompt and professional.
