"Plenty of free parking, close to Geneva airport. The room was comfortable and clean with a nice view from the balcony. However the bedroom was on the second level with steep stairs, not suitable for the elderly or anyone with mobility issues."

Whilst the apartment was tidy, we found chewing gum on one of the chairs and the furniture was far from comfortable to sit on - although fine if you are just using it for short periods eating. "Lovely staff and welcome. Stunning views of grand Bornand. Apartment clean. Well presented. Was unusually hot so would have benefitted this time with air conditioning. Pool and spa excellent. Massage excellent too. Could have done with a mid-week cleaning service (even if for an additional price). Car park excellent. "Apartment was covered in dust. Glasses covered in dirt, had to soak before use. Air con didn't work in bedroom. Asked for it to be fixed and it took 3 days for someone to come and they still couldn't fix it."

"The apartment and the service were great. We left after 3 days and returned for 3 more nights. The only concern we have is a security issue. The main door is accessed by a code that remains the same and there is no option to lock the door from the inside. We had an incident were 3 individuals have entered the apartment unauthorized. We have talked to the manager regarding this and he said that they will change the mechanism. If they will fix this security concern we will highly recommend this...

"Was a bit far for Annecy Film festival, but bus was very close and ran frequently. Staff were helpful and room was very comfortable. Nice to have kitchen. Parking was small extra charge per day. "
