Apartment of 65m² with adjoining terrace, ideally located in Collioure.
Free parking in the street of the apartment.

The apartment is located less than 5 minutes from the city center and the beaches. At the foot of the vineyards, the St Elme fort and the start of the hiking trails. You will be quiet while enjoying the city and its animations.

The accommodation
Lounge area with TV, 2 sofas and an armchair overlooking the terrace. WIFI available free of charge

A fully equipped kitchen including: gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Senseo, coffee machine, toaster, washing machine, kettle.

The accommodations are equipped with reversible air conditioning in the living room (living room and kitchen) and heating in each bedroom.

The 2 bedrooms are composed of 3 beds 140x190, warm duvet and light duvet as well as pillows (there are pillows in addition in the cupboards).

A bathroom is available with sink and shower. Separate toilet.

A travel cot (another on request is possible), 2 high chairs, a bathtub, a walker and games are available for children.

Sheets, towels and cleaning on request and not included in the price.

Travellers' access
The apartment has an independent entrance opening onto the terrace. The whole accommodations are for the tenant.

A key box is available for self-arrivals but I am present in case of need.
