"The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the shuttle bus from the site to Sorrento town centre was easy and affordable with the last shuttle time being 11 o’clock at night. We stayed in the safari tent and it was a great experience, not too far from toilet/shower/washing facilities. Would definitely recommend!"

"Did not email access code as promised. No AC as promised. No sheets or blankets only a bare matress. No towels for hire, so no shower. Over a busy noisy road. When I aseld for access code to get in staff was rude and said it was after 8pm (i followed the check in instructions on expedia) so they shouldnt have to let me in. Would not provide basic needs of the stay or honor their contract. Staff then said that I should owe them money for bothering them and asking for the basic necessities of a...

"Hostel is very clean,just near train station,area may look a bit shady,but hostel is absolutely fantastic.with high security keys for the doors,amazing staff,and comfortable beds/silent sleeping areas.absolutely reccommended"

"Nice staff, close to central station and also airport. Quiet, safe, lift works very well. The facilities are new renovated, private bathroom. I really had a nice sleep. Wifi works very fast. in the common area, there is TV and I watched footbal game. Small place and functions well. 100% recommended!"

" From the moment we arrived, our stay at the Majestic Place Hotel in Sorrento was nothing short of spectacular. This truly is a majestic place! The hotel itself exudes elegance and comfort, with beautifully appointed rooms and common areas that make you feel right at home. But what truly sets this hotel apart are two key elements: their incredible rooftop bar and their absolutely amazing staff. The rooftop martini bar is, without a doubt, a highlight. The views over Sorrento and the Bay of Naples are breathtaking, especially at sunset. The ambiance is fantastic, and it quickly became our favorite place to relax after a day of exploring. "So close to the train terminal, this was a great choice for our quick stop to tour Pompeii. The front desk staff was so great! They were friendly and had so much information to help us navigate. The bed was so comfortable and the rooftop lounge gave a beautiful panoramic view of the city and Vesuvius. The only minor complaint was there weren’t enough plugs for us to charge our devices overnight. There were USB’s on the bed frame but they were not working. "

"This property was lovely! The shuttle was extremely convenient and saved us so much money on cabs into town. It’s about a 10 minute ride into downtown Sorrento. Breakfast was amazing and the view was INCREDIBLE. We really enjoyed sitting on the terrace and having a drink. Only comments to note would be that the pool and jacuzzi close at 7pm which is quite early when the sun sets around 9pm. Also, the restaurant offerings were quite fancy and expensive so we couldn’t have a casual dinner at the hotel for our more low key days. Service was great and we enjoyed reserving time in the small gym available. "
