"The location of this house is great. It is close enough to the interstate to access major roads quickly but also far enough from the interstate that it sits on a quiet street. The house is quaint and simple with comfortable beds. It was a great homebase for exploring Dallas."

"Not very large on the outside, this place is all you could want in a vacation home for two, plus fur babies. The outside space is narrow, but well appointed and private. No vistas to admire, but we were there for the April 2024 eclipse, so we saw all we wanted! Inside is comfy and attractive, with lots of considerate touches. A real kitchen. It's worth it!"

"We flew to Texas for a women's conference and I dropped the ball on booking a hotel downtown Forth Worth. This was one of the places I found available, and it was the perfect solution. We had a rental and needed somewhere clean and safe to stay. We were able to relax and sleep in comfort. I would recommend this rental to everyone."

"Our concert date changed abruptly but the staff accommodated us quickly and without penalty which we greatly appreciated. Such a convenient location to American Airlines Center. Hotel was recently updated and looks great. There are still signs of the hotels age, leaky faucets. But overall it was a great stay and would book again if we are in the area, great price. Parking was a great price too. "

"Self park was quoted at $22 per night but at the hotel desk quoted me $30 a night. Charging parking for a hotel you are already paying for a room seems questionable already, "
